We want you to love your new look, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused beauty products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be in their original packaging with all seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
